Banana Oatmeal Muffins are a healthy choice for your easy breakfast. It helps to reduce your blood sugar and cholesterol level.
Take a large bowl, mash 3 large bananas
Add 2 Egg
Add 1 cup of milk
Add ½ cup honey
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk all together
Take 3¼ cups (350g) rolled oats in another bowl
Add 2 tsp baking powder,
½ tsp salt and mix well.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Mix well until it combined
Spray paper muffin cups with cooking oil
Fill muffin cups with batter and top with chocolate chips
Bake for 25-30 minutes until it turns golden brown
Move to a cooling rack for at least 15 minutes.
Healthy breakfast is ready to serve!
