Looking for beef dinner ideas healthy? Beefsteak is a flat cut of beef with parallel faces. It is commonly grilled and occasionally fried. It is very nutritious.

Take 2 beef steaks, at least 1-inch thick


Add 2 tsp olive oil and rub two sides


Combine 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp white pepper.

Rub both sides of each steak with this mixture.


Move to a hot pan and sear steaks for 2-3 minutes per side.


Cook each side


While cooking,

Take a small bowl, add 2 tsp of softened butter and 1-2 minced garlic and combine with a fork.


When the steak is perfectly cooked, move it to a plate and add butter & garlic mixture to the top.


Allow steaks to rest for 10 minutes before cutting into them.

Ready to serve!
