Brownie is a square or rectangular-shaped chocolate-baked candy. It can be either fudgy or cakey, depends upon the consistency of the mixture.
Take a square pan and grease it with butter and line with parchment paper
Cut 200g semi-sweet dark chocolate into small pieces, add 1/2 cup of butter, and double boil it.
When it completely melted, let it cool
Take another large bowl, add 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 3 medium size eggs.
[ Add one egg at a time and mix after each addition ]
When the mixture is a little creamy, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla essence and add the chocolate-butter mix.
Mix it well!
Finally, sift 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder into the bowl.
And gently fold them into the batter.
Then pour the batter into a baking pan, shake & tap gently.
Bake it in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
When brownie is baked take it out and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
Slice it into small square pieces.
