It is one of the easiest breakfast recipes ever.
Take 3 medium size potatoes
Shred potatoes and rinse in cold water, then drain and squeeze dry.
Move this to a large bowl,
add 4 tbsp all purpose flour,
4 tbsp shredded cheese,
1 large egg, 1 chopped onion,
1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander,
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chili powder,
1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix everything until combined.
Take a large frying pan with medium heat,
add 4 tbsp vegetable oil.
When oil is hot place the mixture into the frying pan,
cooks each side for about 4 minutes.
When it turns brown, take them off the pan and move them to a paper towel.
Ready to serve with any sauce or ketchup!
