Can kurkure be made at home? Make delicious and spicy potato kurkure evening snack. It is one of the healthy tea time snacks with potato.
Take 2 potatoes
Add 1 tbsp salt to water
Soak potatoes into it for 10 minutes
Peel off the skin and slice it evenly into long shape
Clean and rinse potatoes with water
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
[Mix above ingredients well]
Fry potatoes in high flame for 10 minutes
Spread masala & finally, It’s is ready to serve!
