Step 1

Cut a few deep slashes into the chicken legs.

Add Spices

> Add salt and lemon juice > Add black pepper, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, tandoori masala, red food color (optional), greek yogurt, and oil.

Marinate it overnight or at least 2-3 hours in a cool place.

Step 4

Place the marinated chicken legs on the broiler for 8 to 10 minutes.

Flip the chicken legs and sear the second side for 5 to 6 minutes.

Turn the oven into 180°c and place the chicken for 15 minutes
