Take some eggs
Hollow out the eggs
Soak eggshells in saltwater and leave for 30 minutes
Dry the shells at 120°F
In a small bowl add 2 eggs, 3½ oz sugar, and pinch salt, and whisk well.
Double boil 2½ oz butter and 3½ oz dark chocolate.
Add this to the egg mixture
Add sifted 2 oz flour and 1½ tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.
Move the mixture into a piping bag.
Add 2-3 drops of vegetable oil into the egg shell.
Fill all the eggshells with the mixture.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 360°F
