  1. Gently pull the pomegranate apart into sections along the scored lines.
  2. Hold each section over a large bowl of water and use your fingers to separate the arils from the membrane. The arils will sink to the bottom of the bowl, while the white pith will float to the top.
  3. Once you’ve removed all the edible parts, discard the remaining skin and pith.
  4. Pour the bowl of arils through a fine-mesh strainer to separate the juice from the seeds. Use the back of a spoon to press down on the arils and extract as much juice as possible.
  5. If desired, sweeten the pomegranate juice by adding sugar or honey to taste. Stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  6. Transfer the freshly squeezed pomegranate juice into a pitcher or glass bottle.
  7. You can strain it again through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh sieve for a clearer juice.
  8. Chill the pomegranate juice in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes before serving.
  9. Enjoy your pomegranate Juice straight as a tasty beverage, or use it as a base for cocktails, smoothies, or mocktails.
  10. Store any pomegranate juice in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2-4 days.

Now, sit back, relax, and feel the taste of freshly squeezed Pomegranate Juice!
